I have been guiding free walking tours since 2013 and have been working in the tourism industry for almost 20 years. I am bi-lingual in English and Spanish and have a good level of German. Our guru, Jay, was very professional and enthusiastic. He was informative and friendly. Unfortunately, the tour didn't quite match the description on the website, which was a bit disappointing but we still had fun!
