Serrar was amazing to work with! He was very knowledgeable in every aspect and went above and beyond every step of the way! I asked him to help make sure our kids would like to come back for an extended visit and now they can’t stop talking about our short trip. When I say Serrar went above and beyond, he really did. We were in contact soon after my booking, offering suggestions, and helping with other arrangements not just the walking tour. He made dinner reservations for us the night we got in, lunch reservations at Rick’s cafe the next day, and even arranged for our taxi to the airport to make sure we caught our flight on time. He was great at interacting with the kids and making sure to answer their questions at their level. All in all it was an amazing experience! We hope to work with him again in the future!
