Hi! I'm sorry that you missed the tour. We were at the meeting point but as sadly you had an issue and weren't able to make it on time, we weren't able to wait more than 20 minutes as everybody else was on time. I hope you still had a great time in Lyon. Next time, call us as we can't always read emails when we're with a group!
