I received this message the day before: "Good evening, due to the guide's medical appointment, the Central Park tour in English cannot be taken at 2:00 p.m. I invite you to do it tomorrow, Friday at 10 am or Saturday at 10 am. Thank you." I booked this tour about a month before the start so you're telling me the tour guide had the total lack of consideration for My time and booked her medical appointment for that exact date??? The more likely story is that she didn't want to do the tour that only had 2 participants. I spent A lot of time working up an itinerary that would fit in everything I could while in NYC so I Couldn't do the times listed. I was totally discriminated against because I'm a solo traveler and I wouldn't trust taking a tour from GuruWalk at all ever considering they have people like this doing tours. If you do book this tour with this flake, make sure there are enough people so that she will actually DO the tour.

Jodie, good afternoon, unfortunately the guide appointment had been scheduled earlier, but he informed us the night before and he had no replacement for the next day and I wanted to be honest by informing him in enough time (16 hours) that the tour would not happen. At the indicated time. and different alternatives were offered that unfortunately did not fit his trip. If it were for the reason that it was for few people, it is not our custom to do so, it would be easier and he would have told him that due to low attendance it would be canceled or rescheduled. the tour, we do not discriminate against anyone for traveling alone, color, race or nationality, I apologize again, and we will continue working to be the best, thank you
