I arrived 20 minutes early at the meeting point. Another lady joined me shortly after. We waited until 18:40; the guide never showed up and never sent a cancellation email. I sent an email enquiring about the status of the tour, no reply as of yet. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. Yes we were at the correct meeting point.
