Harshad is an amazing person, very knowledgeable, professional, and charismatic, while at the same time being very entertaining. How he was able to organize our not so small group so efficiently is beyond my ability to understand, especially that we were walking in the centro storico, which is packed with people, even in March. I guess it was magic and his strong, yet kind personality. What surprised me is that Harshad is not a local, not even from Italy, but that was absolutely not relevant, or maybe even added to the experience, as he studied art in Rome. We highly recommend this tour.
