Claudio is so lovely and generous with sharing all his hidden Roman jems! I joined the pasta and tiramasu tour -- everything was just divine and we learnt lots about the city and Roman cuisine along the way. Claudio is genuinely interested in everyone -- he knew all our names and where we were from when we arrived. Just an all round lovely guy.
