Great guide! Great tour!. This is the second time we’ve been on this tour. The first time was two years ago. Today we still learned new things and it was very enjoyable. Highly recommend! Jose is a historian and was born in Cordoba, he created a very entertaining and well thought out tour, which is complemented throughout with anecdotes to local dishes and their origins - very nice
