As a guide and historian I have worked around the world. But each time I came back to Utrecht, I realized this is the place I really want to be. There’s so much to enjoy here! Past and present!
During the Covid Crisis it became clear to me how much I missed showing people around in my hometown. Not just the telling of the stories or showing the hidden gems, but meeting new people.
When showing people around my dear old Utrecht I’m having just as much of a holiday as my guests!

Bart was informative without overdoing ths information. Friendly, jovial. He took us behind the scenes of Utrecht to places you would not normally think to see. Great guide.
Bart was great, very expressive and well known history wise. We were too many, wich led to difficulties in understanding all of the history told, but it was still an amazing afternoon
