This was a good tour that hits the highlights of Shibuya and Harajuku. It's a busy area to walk around and our guide did a great job of keeping us together. He provided insight into some of the stops and was very friendly to the group. Honestly, you can probably take this route on your own but I'm glad that I took this tour as it provides a great overview of the area.
Our guide was very enthusiastic and clearly passionate about Sydney. She made the tour interactive and shared both recent and historical points. The route we took was great and she ended the tour on a high point with a wonderful view of the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House.
This was a good tour of Cusco. Our guide provided great local tips and was knowledgeable about the city. It was great to end the tour at a very nice viewpoint in Cusco. I also changed my reservation at the last minute to take this tour earlier than expected and it wasn't an issue at all. I recommend this tour as a great way to learn about Cusco.
The guide (Oswaldo) was good. He provided good information, was always open for questions, and was extremely helpful in getting the group back to Miraflores. However, the tour information provided is inaccurate. I didn't receive a WhatsApp message the day before as stated, the guide wasn't at the meeting point at 10:00am as stated (the tour appeared to begin at 10:30am instead of 10:15am), and there is an extra charge of 20 soles to enter the catacombs. I also don't think that we visited the House of Peruvian Literature. I've taken several free walking tours and this one was, by far, the most unorganized. Oswaldo was great but the organization by the company was extremely poor. I wouldn't recommend this company when there are many other options.
