I am a hobbyist historian and licensed Kraków guide offering a unique insight into the story of Kraków, old capital of Polish kings, through the prism of Polish and European history. Having lived in London for many years, I seek to help the tourists to understand the history of Kraków and Poland in a global context.
For the comfort of the participants I use audio tour guide system
- a portable, wireless communication setup comprising a transmitter with a microphone for a guide and receivers with headphones for participants. This arrangement enables participants to hear every word clearly without the need to strain or crowd closely together creating a more relaxed and enjoyable experience throughout the tour.
Natalie was a great guide! Lots of historical information. Really loved her energetic style and was always cheerful and ready to answer questions. I highly recommend taking a tour of any kind with Natalie.
**Natalie is the real deal — a genuine passion for Kraków's history** If you want someone who truly *loves* what they do, Natalie is your guide. Her knowledge of Polish history — and Kraków in particular — is impressive, and the way she talks about it, you can tell this isn't just a job for her. She's articulate, well-spoken, and has a real gift for making history feel alive rather than like a textbook lecture. We happened to catch a wet day, and to her credit, Natalie adapted the tour on the fly to keep everyone as comfortable as possible. The pace between stops was brisk — but honestly, with the rain coming down, I think we were all grateful she kept us moving rather than standing around getting soaked! One thing that was a little unfortunate — and this is absolutely not on Natalie — was that a member of our group was a bit rude at one point. She handled it with complete professionalism, which says a lot about her character. That said, it did put a bit of a dampener on the group energy for the rest of the walk, which is a shame, because the best part of a walking tour is that back-and-forth between guide and group — and Natalie is clearly someone who thrives on that interaction. Would I recommend her?
