Been in Singapore for 59 years and love sharing stories about my tiny island home with visitors when I am not swimming biking or running somewhere else in the world.
Highly recommend this tour! I booked it for my first morning in Singapore and it was a great way to see many of the areas I wished to visit. I was travelling solo, so it was great to have a guide. Stephen was amazing - so friendly and knowledgeable. He was happy to answer any questions and had intricate knowledge of the areas we visited. He had brilliant recommendations of places to eat for an authentic (and cheaper!) experience. There were opportunities throughout the tour to purchase snacks and drinks he recommended and he also bought us some of his recommended snacks from the hawker markets to try. You do use the MRT once or twice, so make sure you have a card or Apple Pay with you to tap on and off. Great tour!

We always go for a walking tour on arrival to a new city, if only to find out the local surroundings and where we may visit again at leisure. Steven gave us a lot of local info and took us to places the ordinary tourist would head on by or miss completely. The hawker centre in Chinatown a case in point. We enjoyed our tour and felt that we could easily go back on our own with more knowledge of where we actually wanted to go or revisit which we have done so 3 cheers to Steven, a great tour guide!
