¡Konnichiwa! Soy Ryo, tu guía local. Nací y crecí en Tokio. Me gradué del Instituto Público de Shinjuku, a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de Shinjuku, y luego fui a la Universidad de Waseda, que está a unos 30 minutos a pie de la misma estación. Viví en Kabukicho y trabajé para una productora cinematográfica en el barrio gay de Shinjuku Nichome. Tengo experiencia de primera mano visitando muchos de los establecimientos que comentaremos durante el tour. Very interesting tour - definitely the dark side. Really positively surprised by the storytelling, the historic information and insights about places we would just walk by and know nothing about.

It was a long tour but we enjoyed every minute of it. Ryo has lots of stories and experiences to share and it really opened up our eyes to the darker side of the Japan!
Ryo gives an incredibly thorough and incredibly honest tour of very interesting districts with so many personal stories. More than I would share about myself with visitors, but grateful for his willingness to make us feel a part of the place. Highly recommend this i very unique tour.
