Having a Portuguese/Indian mother and a Sudanese/Egyptian father have given me the ability to relate to most cultures and connect with my guests beyond small talk. These connections are what make my day.

Beware. We booked Sami and waited for 30 minutes at the meeting point and no-one turned up. Very very disappointed
