Hello Uğur, we're sorry you were disappointed by your experience. On this day Matthias had to deal with a very bad weather as you know, cold, windy, rain and even hail. He choosed the option of remaining sheltered with the group instead of walking around. I understand this was maybe not the best option and it disappointed you, but I hope you consider the circumstances which were very unusual and not very helpful.
