I'm so sorry to hear you couldn't find the guide! The tour did go ahead with 15 people in attendance. The group were stood at the meeting point at Cleopatra's Needle until 7.15pm.
Did you try to call the phone number we provide? We always have a member of staff available to answer calls and direct customers to the group.
We run the Ghost Tour every Friday and Saturday at 7pm, so you are welcome to join another time if you'd like to.
