For the most part, I enjoyed this tour. Giovanni was very knowledgeable, professional, nice, and friendly. He definitely knew a lot of history and information. But at times I found him to be a bit long-winded. And this is coming from someone who loves history and loves absorbing information. We stood at a few locations for quite a long time. And despite the fact that we started and ended in Independence Square, we didn't go into the cathedral, which was odd since that's one of the listed stops and I saw the German group go in there as their first stop. We passed the German group a couple of times and it seems like they went to a few more places than we in the English group did. Would have appreciated more even experience across all groups.

Thank you Alina, we really appreciate your feedback. When we have two groups, one German and one English, at the same time, we always try to do different routes and thus avoid always coinciding in the same place to make the experience more unique for our clients. That was the reason I entered the Cathedral and Giovanni took another direction on that occasion but in general both groups visit the same places: sometimes the explanation is done inside them or outside.

Jose was great! We got to see a lot of different parts of the city that we wouldn't have otherwise seen. He was honest about what to expect on the tour. But he also asked the group what we wanted to do and was very flexible and responsive. And he already had a plan and backup in place when the first viewpoint had an event going on. He was well prepared and was very friendly and inviting. If you want to get out of Casco Viejo, this is a great way to see other parts of the city. Highly recommend this tour! Thank you, Jose!
