Hi I am Nathan Arthur Festus. I am a South African citizen and was born in Cape Town, also known as the Mother City. I am an experienced and seasoned City tour guide. I started my career as a City guide in 2018 and have found it to be immensely fulfilling. My tours are authentic, exposing you the guest to the various political dispensations through which our city and country have gone.

Nathan was a great guide. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the historu of the Cape.
We met Nathan at the meeting point and Nathan was instantly friendly and professional. Arnold’s took our tour and he was brilliant. Arnold is friendly, professional, informative with a great sense of humor and lots of enthusiasm and energy which we fed off. Arnold’s tour of Bo Kaap was a great start to our stay in Cape Town. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Guru walking tours (which we have used in Europe) and would highly recommend Nathan/Arnold.
Arnold was knowledgeable, informative, full of surprises - like history from 500 to 5 years ago - like a Cape Malay koeksuister treat in the Bo-Kaap. Was an enjoyable walk.
