I left the tour early because it was really hot outside and I had stomach cramps. The tour guide came up to me demanding a tip. I thought it was pushy and unprofessional.
Our tour with Pablo was a fantastic experience because he was knowledgeable, kind, funny and patient.

I was looking forward to the tour but it was cancelled by Pedro a few minutes before the meeting time because there were not enough participants. I understand the tour requires a minimum number of guests but at least 30 minutes or an hour notice for cancellations would have been nice.
