Free walking tour the main beautiful Temples, Local living styles, and Local culture.

Very disappointing tour. Probably the worst walking tour I have been on. The group was too large to be able to hear the guide. The guide said he allows a maximum of 4 people but this day we’d have 5. Actually there were 12 of us. The tour description says we stop for coffee as the second stop but we didn’t and the guide also refused to wait a few minutes for me to grab a cup of coffee. The itinerary is totally different from what’s promised. I suggest not wasting time with this unprofessional tour.

Are you sure in that morning(walking tour) have 12 people? If you're not sick or don't know how to calculate I'll tell you the total only 7 people in that morning. In the beginning I informed you already we'll have 1 more person to our walking and you said ok. And the last minute the friends of some walker would like to join us because they'll leave Luangprabang next day so what should do? Say no or refuse them? If you were them how to feel? And who know the future perhaps they don't have chance to come back visit Luangprabang again. And you're the LATE PERSON of the walkers group. The coffee shop in other side and I informed you we'll go the coffee shop also later and I noticed you always running nose and coughing all the time. When we get out of the morning market you said you need coffee but the coffee shop it's a bit far from where were and it my fault put the coffee shop in the second place(now cancel that place) and then you said you wanted to get coffee can't join our walking then I say ok because the saffron coffee shop it's far from the morning market and you didn't ask us waiting for you.

Wonderful tour with Xavier. Some places were closed, but Xavier took me to others. The tour helped me to learn a lot about Trinidad and Cuba. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Trinidad!

The guide(s) didn’t show up even though the tour was confirmed. I waited for some time and finally left.

Hi Andy, I'm really sorry I didn't come, the internet was terrible and I couldn't notify you that I was arriving 1 hour later than agreed, since I was out of town. When I arrived, unfortunately you were not there, I tried to communicate and that was when I explained what happened. Greetings and I hope you have finished your vacation very well

Really wonderful way to see Cienfuegos in a couple of hours. I’d highly recommend taking this tour when you first arrive! The guide was very professional, told me a lot about the history of the city - things I’d never read in a guide book or know otherwise and really helped make my visit to Cienfuegos special.
