Regarding the discrepancy in payment, we noticed that you reserved the tour for one person, but you arrived with another individual. Despite this oversight, we accommodated both of you and only charged the price for one person. Additionally, we're disheartened to hear that you rated us with three stars despite our efforts to make your experience enjoyable.
