Mario was fantastic! A perfect mix of local culture and historical understanding. Very expressive, informative and insightful. Shared a printed list of recommendations. Absolutely superb!

Food Tour: Taste of Istanbul's Backstreets

Awful. Learnt next to nothing, simply read the menus outside different businesses. Hostile, temperamental and unprofessional tour guide. Overall a very uncomfortable experience (I do not leave this review lightly).

As Iwalk team, we are sorry for your bad experience but our guide Önder says the following for you: "I never thought that she was that lousy and crooked that she lied about the tour and me. I just mentioned everyone to read the tour description before the tour and conducted the tour normally. At the end, I didn't receive any money from that lousy woman and other guests from Australia too. The only problem was the guests from Israel who paid 50 liras for 2 people which means 1,7 euros which is less than what we pay to Guruwalk for a walker. I left the rest of the group saying sorry that I had to go to find that old man to ask about his behavior." He also says he wants to contact you via WhatsApp.
