I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. However, I'd like to clarify a couple of things. First, your booking was made at the last minute, and I had informed you earlier that I have been unwell for the past few days, which has resulted in health issues preventing me from being able to conduct the tour.
Additionally, I did offer an alternative to reschedule the tour for the next morning at the same time, but I understand that due to your tight schedule, that wasn't possible.
Once again, I am truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, and I hope we can find another opportunity to serve you in the future.
