Hi! I'm Belén — welcome to my profile! I'm the creator of UnBoliviable Experiences, a project born to share the best of Bolivia through authentic and meaningful experiences. I'm a proud Bolivian living in La Paz, with a degree in Tourism and a deep passion for culture, travel, music, and books. I'm absolutely in love with my city and everything it has to offer: from its vibrant streets to its traditions and hidden gems. I speak Spanish and English fluently, and I'm currently learning French and German. I'd love to show you my city like only a local can!
Mein bisheriges Highlight in La Paz! Klar kann man alle Touri-Spots besichtigen und eine gute Zeit haben. Aber Belén hat mir einen Eindruck von der Stadt und dem Leben der Leute gegeben, den ich sonst nie bekommen hätte! Sie war offen für sämtliche Fragen und nimmt sich Zeit für ihre Tourteilnehmer. This was definitely one of the best city tours we have taken, Belen had very insightful information from a local’s perspective and was truly able to show us how interesting La Paz and El Alto are, both historically and today. Highly recommend!
Belén war ein wundervoller Guide durch La Paz. Sie hat uns viel Information über die Stadt und Kultur gegeben. Die besuchten Orte und die Gondelfahrten waren perfekt ausgewählt, sodass man einen tollen Überblick über die Stadt bekommt. Zudem spricht Belén perfektes Englisch. Ich kann die Tour uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
This was the best walking tour I have ever done (and I‘ve done a lot!)! Belen was super nice and gave detailed information about all the topics you can imagine. The maximum group size is 6 which makes it really personal and possible to get a lot of information on the teleféricos. I would absolutely recommend this tour!!!
I’ve been on many walking tours, but this one truly stands out as something exceptional. Belén is an outstanding guide—easily the best English-speaking guide we’ve had during our entire two-week trip through South America. Her knowledge, passion, and the way she explains everything so clearly made the experience incredibly enjoyable and engaging from start to finish. What makes this tour so special is how she goes beyond the typical tourist spots and shows you the real, authentic side of the city. We visited so many interesting places and got a genuine feel for how locals actually live, which made the whole experience much more meaningful. This is not just a tour—it’s an experience you shouldn’t miss. If you have even half a day available, make sure to book it. I truly cannot recommend it enough!
