Our guide did not arrive - we waited for half an hour - very disappointing - and we received no notification that the guide was not coming.

We were in the meeting point at the starting time, our guides never miss any tour even with bad weather, I think you were in a different starting point or with a different company, there is a telephone you can always call when this happen,
