Hello everyone, I'm Tomás!!! I have been working as a tour guide within my country and my city for more than 2 years. The guide cancelled the tour and asked to move it from morning to afternoon. It wad inconvienant for us and we had to change other commitments in the afternoon. His directions were to arrive 15 minutes early and that he would only wait 10 minutes. We arrived 15 minutes in pouring rain and waited. There was no sign of him and at 4 we left. We are not accustom to Whats App so we didn’t notice right away that he had sent a message that he was waiting. It spoiled our day snd we missed eating with friends to meet his needs. Fortunately, our friends were able to give us a tour the following day. We had 2 excellent guides while in Cuenca so we were surprised by his behavior. He tried to blame ys fir his inconsistency. We were on vacation and he wasted our time.

The tour with Tomás was really great! Since there were only two of us with Tomás, he asked us about our wishes and adjusted the route accordingly. He was not only really knowledgeable but it was like visiting the city with a friend. Thank you so much for the great time with you!! Highly recommend!!
This is an entertaining and informative tour through Cuenca's city centre. The group could choose the amount of time spend in certain stops. We also enjoyed some local products/drinks together with the guide. I will certainly recommend this tour!
