Juan Carlos is extremely knowledgable, professional and personable. I learnt more than I expected about the history of Valencia and Spain than I expected but saw less of the Old Town than I'd anticipated. Still an axcellent tour though and would recommend.

We have been fortunate enough to travel extensively and always try to join a "free" walking tour wherever we visit. Whilst all good none compare to our recent tour of Milan with Marco. He is truly exceptional. Whilst the facts are the facts, the ability to communicate in a way that maintained the interest of a group of 40 over a 3 hour period is a real gift. Moreover Marco's uncanny ability to remember the name of each member of the group after a brief initial introduction meant that everyone felt involved and valued.
