I’m Abdu, a civil engineer who took an unexpected path to become a tour guide in Egypt. After graduating in 2018, I felt drawn to the rich history and vibrant culture of my country. My passion for Egypt and my love for meeting people from around the world inspired me to pursue this journey. I studied for two years to earn a diploma and become a licensed tour guide, combining my knowledge of Egypt with my desire to share its wonders. Along the way, I discovered my love for photography, which allows me to capture Egypt’s beauty and tell its amazing stories to travelers. On every tour, I aim to create meaningful connections and unforgettable experiences, turning guests into lifelong friends.

The tour was great. Even better than I imagined. I was curious to learn more about the history of the Christian part of Egypt and I loved it! It was beautiful to go to the church where the Holy Family passed through in the past. We also visited a synagogue and a mosque and it was possible to understand better the dynamics of each religion in the country. Abdu was a great guide, punctual, polite and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend the tour.
Abdu knows so many things about Cairo, history and the places we visited. It's a very special tour because you won't see the typical tourist side of the city. He told us all about religions in Cairo and what makes the places so special. We visited churches, a synagogue and a mosque. If you want to dig deeper into the history of the city this is the right tour.
