I have been working as a tour guide in the city of Havana and other cities for over 6 years. I studied Geography at Havana University and I have a huge passion for history. I have lived in Havana for 8 years now and I have also lived in other cities such as Holguin, where I am from, Matanzas and other towns. The English I speak, I learned it by myself, since I was a little kid. I started studying, listening to music, reading books, paying a lot of attention to movies and other shows. Today, I can't picture my life without english. Having lived in other parts of the country, gives me the opportunity to provide a different insight about the country. This point of view is what I want to share with tourists.
Waited for 15 min at the meeting point.
Excellent walking tour. My guide - Jean - was smart, multi lingual, interesting and funny. We covered a lot of ground and he kept answering all my questions. Highly recommend doing a walking tour with Jean and/or this team. Will tell my friends.
The tour was great, especially because its at night. You feel safe to go around and visit places. Reynold tells a lot of interesting facts about how it was and how it is now. You can ask questions you are curious. He can also recomend you places to go. A tip is to book this tour via guruwalk and not other sites.
Un excelente guía, hemos aprendido mucho sobre La Habana. Ha sido muy claro, tranquilo, amable; un gusto haberlo conocido.
Reynold is a passionate young man with a substantial knowledge of a wide variety of topics, surrounding Cuba. Our tour was one big pleasant conversation that taught us more than we could possibly imagine. One of the friendliest and most pleasant guides, I believe I ever had. Keep it up!
