I came to the meeting point 20 minutes early just in case (6:10 am on a Sunday). Tried chatting with them, they wrote that they are not working today, waited until 7:00 am. It’s absolutely shameful that they waste my limited time in the city like this. I could’ve booked many things if I’ve had a heads up. You cannot accept reservations and then disappear. Please take them off your supplier list.
Very unprofessional — always waiting until the last second to cancel because no other guests have booked the tour. This happened to me 2 days in a row, even after confirming the tour would go in the morning.
Nice experience, very friendly guide, nice food experience and good way to explore the Mumbai markets
