Arrived 15 minutes prior to the start time. Waited until 10:10 at the designated statue in the plaza. I texted messages with the guru….called the company—left a verbal message…no response. But I did receive an automated message when the tour was to end asking me “how I liked my tour”. Still no response to “is the tour happening?”. I have used guru a few times and I have always been happy. This did not equate to money lost but it did impact my itinerary for the day since I built my morning around this tour. Very disappointed
Con tutta la tecnologia a disposizione e’ intollerabile non avvisare se il tour non viene fatto.. questo mi ha creato problemi per l’organizzazione della giornata. Pessima esperienza
Una vergüenza, plantón. No se presentó ningún guía, ni avisaron de que se cancelaba, aún habiéndonos enviado un correo unas horas antes recordándonos la hora del comienzo del tour. Allí estuvimos esperando durante 15 minutos otra pareja y yo. Hora y media de viaje en tren para realizar este tour, y no avisan de que no se va a realizar. Menos mal que pude hacer otro tour con tourstilla, me apuntaron sin haber hecho reserva con ellos. Esos sí que son unos profesionales, no cómo esta empresa que son unos sinvergüenzas. Yo al final vivo en España, pero la otra pareja era de Argentina y menudo mal sabor de boca se han llevado. NO Reservéis con esta empresa!
We arrived 15 minutes before and waited 15 minutes after but the tour guide did not arrive. We messaged through WhatsApp and via the app but no response!
Nobody was there and no response or warning at all that the tour wasn’t going to happen.
