Had a poor experience with this walking tour in Lyon as our tour guide was a no show. We arrived 15 minutes prior to the 10:30 tour departure and after waiting for 20 minutes we left. We were never notified of a tour cancellation and no one reached out to us after the fact. Disappointing as it was our only day in Lyon - had we known no one would have shown, we would have booked the other free walking tour.

We’re very sorry about what happened.
That’s true, we made a mistake. After all, we are just humans, therefore, sometimes it happens. We had to change our schedule last time because of our regular job (Since Covid, free tour is not enough to make a living sadly).
As soon as we realised that we failed to warn you about it, 15 minutes after the meeting time, we sent you a message via Guruwalk to ask you how long you were staying in Lyon in order to propose you a solution. It could have been a tour a bit later in the day or we could have reach our friends to find someone available for you. But sadly, you never answered to this message. We understand that you probably felt too disappointed to even read this message and we feel really sorry about it.
Our goal is to give the best free walking tours possible, to share our passion for our city and when it doesn’t happened, it makes us feel very sad. So, once again, we are very sorry for this...
