It was a well organized tour, conducted to a high standard. Lots of interesting things pointed out, to return to when one is free. The guide was friendly and made conversation with everyone in-between places. I especially liked the fact that when someone arrived on the tour smoking, and stood among other tour guests, smoking, the tour guide asked the individual who was smoking to not smoke amongst us. It was done straight away so no one has to breath in the smoke fumes.

It was great. The guide was very friendly with full of interesting and fun facts about the old town. I can see he's done a lot of hard work and research. The tour was delivered with aplomb and panache with a well mannered and kind guide. I spoke to the vast majority of other people on the tour, and they to me, which has never happened before.
Recommended. Professional and friendly. I like how Monica spoke to lots of people during the tour. Well organized.
