From the time I made the reservation, Francis presented a high level of professionalism and communication. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and found a way to balance humor and history during the walk. He also provided great recommendations and suggestions (restaurants, excursions, etc) for exploring Bordeaux post the trip. I would definitely refer to Francis for future tours.
