You're the first person to ever complain about that. Many people when I've had a small tour of one two ppl without me even telling them make an effort to give a little bit more of a tip when we finish the tour. And personally when I did free walking tours as visitor in other cities I also heard the tour guides telling people to make a bit more effort on their tips. At the end you give what you want and what you can. We also need to pay the website for each person that comes to the tour. We cannot cancel tours everytime there's a low assistance in it. Because we also try to give a good service to everyone. So next time asks to try to do an effort don't take it bad, you can simply and politely say no I can't. And we will understand.
