I booked a tour for a Friday. Two hours prior, the guide cancelled due to a low number, and then moved me to a Saturday booking without asking. I already had a tour on Saturday so did not attend.

For that day only you booked and I sent you message on kindly explained that we need at least five people registered to start the tour and asked if it's possible to move your booking to the next day? Why to write me negative review if my job requires me at least five people to be able to run the tour the tour that is not fair to write me a negative review.
