Originally a translator by trade, my passion for history and culture made me decide to widen my skills and become a tour guide. I am passionate about Asturias which, despite possible appearances to the contrary, is actually where I am from. I love showing people around my home and helping them discover its history, people and traditions. Showing people from around the world my little piece of the “natural paradise” that is Asturias is truly a passion of mine.

Tom is passionate about the history of Spain and excepciotanally verse in Asturian one. He is easygoing, caring about the information he provides and willing to answer every question you may ask. He can easy make you as passionate about Asturian history as he is. He spend more time with us that was supposed to and also provided with a list of places we could enjoy after the tour. A detail that for us made the difference is the information he sends us after the tour, he toke the time and look for the answer we asked and send it to make sure we have it resolved. So we definitely recomend Tom for ANYONE who wants to enjoy a tour well thought and with a experince and knowledgeable guide. Thanks Tom Laura and Bea
This was only the second free walking tour we've ever done, anywhere. The first one was so bad we wished we hadn't paid anything at all. With Tom, we ended up paying more than we'd planned because it was a really fantastic tour. He's very well prepared and knows an enormous amount. I can wholeheartedly recommend a tour with him.
Tom was a great host! Time flew by with a good variety of sites, history, and culture throughout.
