Susana was amazing! We started the tour on time, and the description on how to find her was pretty clear. On the tour side, i was surprised of Susana's knowledge on city's history. The tour was well formed and well organized, and it took us from actually the 14th century and the creation of the city till the modern eras. The way that Susana was adding small informations, like fan facts, explaining statuses and spots in the city enchanted the experience! She was accepting our questions and answering any of them with great vibes. She is so passionate that she also kept us 20 minutes more. We really appreciated the Durum suggestion at the end of the tour :) I fully recommend this tour. Amazing job Susana, keep it up :)
