Barbara - Tour Guide in Valencia

Good morning! I am Barbara, from Florence. I have lived in Valencia since 2011. I have also lived in Barcelona, Madrid, Vitoria and many other places in Spain. I am a tour guide and a guide accompanying tourist circuits, an art historian, a painting and ceramics teacher and I also teach Italian language and culture to foreigners. One of my great passions is traveling and telling people about the beauty that surrounds us. I love sharing with people my experiences, my passions, my knowledge and, why not?, my talents. I know Spanish and English.

We were at meeting point. Barbara the guide did not appear. However the day before I got a mail if Guru Walk to remind me to the appointment.

Good evening Marc, I am sorry you left this negative criticism. If you could have read the email that Guruwalk sent you to remind you about the tour, you should also have read my email (sent the day before) in which I told you that I would not be doing the tour because the number of people had not been reached. I am a professional, I would never think of not warning tourists about a missed tour. For your next tours I give you a tip: read very carefully everything you receive from Guruwalk...there might be emails from the tour guide as well. Have a nice evening.
