Emily was excellent - she didn’t waste time at the beginning going around the group to see where were from, she gave us a quick intro of herself and got straight to the reason we were there - to learn all about Krakow! She was very knowledgeable, had a great pace and pointed out lots of things that we wouldn’t have noticed without her. If wanting a more complete history of Krakow though I would recommend combining this tour with the afternoon one of the Jewish quarter.
Our tour of Florence with Natalie was very enjoyable and informative. We got a great sense of the history and saw all of the main highlights. Natalie was very friendly and so helpful, even generously providing me coins for the toilet when I couldn’t tap to pay :-) I would highlight recommendation this tour.
