This tour is highly recommended for those interested in the history of this particular part of Lisbon. Unlike Alfama, the area is flat and easy to walk for those with perhaps mobility issues. The guide was quite knowledgeable and shared with us some very interesting stories of the area.

Our Guru guide was quite knowledgeable about the history of her City and was able to pass along some excellent suggestions on where to go after the tour including a visit of the Market and the Cathedral which was particularly interesting and well worth the admission fee. It is fair to say that this tour exceeded our expectations and is highly recommended.
