We had a fantastic time on the Alternative Tour of Malasaña and Chueca. Our guide, Miguel, was excellent — very informative, engaging, and his English was great, which made everything easy to understand. He showed us both the well-known landmarks and some hidden spots in these neighborhoods that we definitely would not have discovered on our own. Along the way, he shared interesting stories about the history of Malasaña and Chueca, as well as the broader history of Madrid. Since we had already done a general historical tour of the city, this was the perfect follow-up. It gave us a deeper look into two of Madrid’s most vibrant areas and helped us understand their culture and atmosphere. We would definitely recommend this tour, especially if you’re planning to go out at night in Madrid and want to know the best areas and places to explore. Miguel was the best — highly recommended!
