Very disappointed, booked as good reviews. Guide did not show up with no message to say it was cancelled. This seems to be a recurring theme, can’t understand how still so highly rated. Frustrating as was too late to make any of the other 10am tours by time we realized he wasn’t showing up.

Hello! I am truly sorry for what happened on the day of your tour. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been for you to arrive with expectations, only for me not to show up without any notice. I want to assure you that my absence was not intentional, but due to an unforeseen personal issue. Unfortunately, I didn’t have my phone with me that day, which prevented me from reaching out to inform you in time.
As soon as I was able, I sent a message apologizing and offering a new tour and I did not get any answer.
