Unbelievably rude!! Despite texting me to say she was on her way I waited 45 minutes and she didn't turn up. I texted to check how much longer she would be, she read it and didn't reply. So unprofessional. I'm only here for a few days and she wanted my first morning😠

Maria's tour was excellent. It was my second time in Puerto de la Cruz and we really wanted to learn more. The information was presented really well, and it was particularly nice to hear about Maria's reflections on how puerto has changed over the years, and her own memories of it as a child. Would highly recommend.
Maria was obviously knowledgeable and passionate about her town, but by her own admission her fluency in English needed some work.
