Hello, I'm Behzad, who never cancel the tours, even with just one guest! I am a formerly Ph.D. student in physics, but now, passionate about the history and vibes of Berlin. A city with an amazing history in each corner and a multicultural vibe.
Why am I doing this? For more than a year, we have had a large group that goes out every week and visits a new neighborhood of the city, and we haven't visited a place twice! So I decided to share this experience and show Berlin, and all layers of it, to an even larger group of people, that are you! Guruwalkers!
I loved I could get to know different part of the city than downtown area. It was a very interesting mixture of sites and things from different eras. I enjoyed we even heard info about Nazis and their approach to art and artists , also about their famous architect . I gained lot of knowledge and even got amazed by a cool and unique clock at the end. Cool route, professional guide. Enjoyed it a lot.
Behzad was very good and entertaining, telling us interesting anecdotes and stories. He also had photographic material to show us, which really helped us to understand the history better. Highly recommended!!
