Isabel showed up on time which is more than other guides I had in Lima. Also, she was courteous and professional.
Alfredo left me hanging until 90 minutes before the tour. Saying he may have to cancel then telling me he would let me know the morning of the tour, then not letting me know the morning of the tour and then only after I had traveled all the way to barranco telling me he had booked a Spanish group during the time slot of my English tour. Tha kfuuly one of the other group members was pretty Fluent in English so what I missed she filled me in on as Alfredo refused to (though he softened this position as the tour went on) when the other 3 members didn't give him the tip he wanted he insisted they give him more. I found it embarrassing and in poor taste.
Tom and his tour were fantastic. Whenever I go to a new city I do a walking tour and this was the best. Actual walking. Numerous locations. Excellent knowledge of the history of Philly and loads of helpful suggestions for things to do. Very considerate of all participants. Best tour guide ever.
