Diego really exceeded my expectations! It is very obvious that he is an expert in the subject area, and he has an engaging personality. I am privileged to have traveled to many cities and have done a variety of free walking tours. This is honestly my favorite free tour that I've ever done! This tour goes above the information-overload that you typically receive on traditional tours of historical city centers. Instead, this tour uses an anthropological and sociological lenses to expose so many fun facts about modern day life in Mexico City. I actually remember what I learned on the tour, because the facts were so interesting! Diego brought us to places that tourists would never be exposed to/think to visit otherwise.
