I am a Ph.D. title candidate in Anthropology who has been to around 75 countries. I am passionate about meeting people from different countries and backgrounds. I am also an experienced tour guide who has done over 1,000 tours in Portugal, some 300 in Brazil as well as another 300 in Thailand (the country which was the subject of my doctoral thesis).
While I am skilled in History, I also have a strong bohemian part of my personality, thus I enjoy showing my clients the best bars and restaurant to attend in the city.
In my tours, I prize that the clients will get both a general knowledge of the History of Lisbon or the cuisine of Rio and local tips on how to enjoy their time in the city.
This is a super delicious tour - for the amount of food we ate, I am still full in the next morning. The food is super interesting and you won't be able to find it on your own, even I used to live in Lisbon.
One of the best walking tours we’ve ever done. The tour is quite long, but densely packed with information from someone who truly knows the city’s history and landmarks. Eduardo is highly knowledgeable and delivers his tour in an engaging and fun manner.
Excellent guide with deep knowledge of the Portuguese history!!
Eduardo is so knowledgeable about the history of Portugal and has such an expressive way of sharing the information that just captivates your attention. I learned so much, and it was such a pleasure to join his tour. I would recommend it to anyone!
Entertaining, informative and thorough. I feel like the history of Portugal was opened up for me.
