I am a Ph.D. title candidate in Anthropology who has been to around 75 countries. I am passionate about meeting people from different countries and backgrounds. I am also an experienced tour guide who has done over 1,000 tours in Portugal, some 300 in Brazil as well as another 300 in Thailand (the country which was the subject of my doctoral thesis).
While I am skilled in History, I also have a strong bohemian part of my personality, thus I enjoy showing my clients the best bars and restaurant to attend in the city.
In my tours, I prize that the clients will get both a general knowledge of the History of Lisbon or the cuisine of Rio and local tips on how to enjoy their time in the city.

Eduardo has an incredible knowledge concerning the history of Lisbon and Portugal. He is a master story-teller and makes kings and queens from the 15th to the 19th come alive. It is best tour ever for History buffs!

Eduardo was an amazing tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable about Barra da Tijuca and the Gigóia Islands and the food was incredible. I left stuffed and with a happy heart. I loved that he injected pieces of history in every stop and was open to answering questions. Thanks again Eduardo and I hope to see you again, maybe next tour in Lisaboa!
Great mix of food and history. Eduardo was very knowledgeable about not only hit city, but also BraZil as a country. So much delicious food that I was full for dinner.
