Todo bien con la experiencia, lo malo fue que no se especificaron los costos, se supone que la propina es voluntaria pero se nos exigió un mínimo de 10 dólares por persona, esto no fue claro al principio
Elena was a great tour guide. I love that they provided everyone with a ear piece and volume control so no matter where Elena was relative to you in the group, you could hear her perfectly (that gets challenging in some bike tours). I thought the bike tour was primarily going to be Casco Viejo, but I enjoyed the parts outside of Casco Viejo the most. Elena provided a ton of great info about the history of the city so it was really interesting. I didn't expect such a focus on food, but we tasted juices, mango (with Panamaian seasonings), new fruits, amazing ceviche, coffee and more. And they were kind enough to let me keep a bike after the tour and I rode the full Amador Causeway which was a great way to spend the rest of the day.
The tour was great! We got to see lots of the city and learn history as well as some pop culture. By the end of the tour I was definitely tired from the cardio
