Fantastic tour of old town nd surrounding areas. We learned a lot about the city and saw many highlights. We especially loved the Mercado de Mariscos - we went back for lunch after, and bilking along the Cinra Costera bridge. Our guides were friendly, spoke great English and were very helpful.
We we're surprised by the city's unique stories. Led by two passionate women! Would definitely recommend it.

The tour guide, Mib, was so friendly, kind, and very informative about each area we toured. I learned a lot of interesting historical facts about Panamá. We had a great time and the views of the city were amazing. There were plenty of rest breaks. Physically, I did very well with the cycling considering that I’m 71 years young and it has been at least seven years since I’ve been on a bicycle!!!! I really enjoyed the entire biking experience. I’m so glad that I’m physically able to bike with much younger people. I highly recommend this bike tour and Mib is simply the best!!!!
I was scheduled to tour with Daniel but had a different guide. The two young ladies who ran the tour were nice and eager to show Panama. You'll get lots of good exercise while seeing the old town. I enjoyed the bicycle tour.
