Carlota mad the tour not only interesting and informative, but a real pleasure. We loved the fact that she had the backing slides / information in the book she carried. Carlota had a great way of making people remember facts using analogies. We thought the quiz at the end of the tour was such a great way to make us remember where we went and what we learnt. We gave her twice the money we had planned because we thought she deserved it.
We really enjoyed our tour with Carlotta she was a great story teller and was very knowledgeable about the history of Madrid. It was well paced and we covered quite a number of historical sites. Carlotta was entertaining as well as ensuring we all remembered what we’d learnt. Thank you also for all the suggestions of other places to visit. I would recommend this tour.
