Carlotta was lovely. We were only 3 people, so we basically got a private tour. I assume this isn't the most profitable situation for a guide, but despite that, she was fully invested in the tour. She gave an overview that helped us understand the city and its history. She shared anecdotes and gave tips about the place. She was pleasant and sweet, and we enjoyed every moment in her company. I highly recommend the tour, and if you get the chance to do it with her, you are very lucky.
The tour was ok, nothing spectacular but for the first time in Madrid I think it was enough
