Absolute joke. I’ve booked this tour 2 months ahead my trip for 4 people. I have received te WhatsApp message two weeks before my trip with photos of meeting point (I thought it was weirdly early) but I’ve replied confirming the tour in 2 weeks. We’ve waited at the meeting point for half an hour together with another couple, but moona showed up. I’ve sent a message to WhatsApp number stating we are waiting, to which I’ve received a reply stating the fuse has no bookings that day. When I’ve sent screen shot of my booking, he replied it was with someone else! And he wouldn’t be able to guide today as his kids were ill. Afterwards I’ve received email advising me to cancel my booking if I’m planning not to show up! JOKE! I’ve showed up with 7 other people and waited for half an hour! Avoid!
